Product · DOTERP
A multi-tenant ERP built for organisations that run real operations across more than one site — people, attendance, procurement, stock, projects and accounts on a single schema, with the tenant boundary enforced in the database rather than assumed in the application.
Self-serve signup is in build. Until it ships, trials are set up by request — usually within two working days.
Architecture
Tenant → Organization. One client, many sites or legal entities, one set of books and one login.
PostgreSQL accessed through the raw driver. Queries are written, read and tuned deliberately — a decision made for predictable performance, not convenience.
Your rules are configured on the shared codebase rather than forked into a private copy. You keep getting platform improvements; you do not get stranded on a version.
Who changed what, when, and under which tenant — recorded as a system property, not bolted on when someone asks for it.
Interactive
This is a working prototype of the module dashboard. Drag a card to reorder it, or focus one and press Enter to lift it and use the arrow keys. Your arrangement is stored locally and restored on your next visit — in the product, the same layout state is written against your user record.
Sign-in, roles and permissions with two-factor authentication built in.
Employee records, structure and documents held once and referenced everywhere.
Daily attendance capture per site, feeding payroll without a re-entry step.
Entitlement, application and approval against rules you configure per organisation.
Payroll processing built on the attendance and leave data already in the system.
Ledgers, invoicing and Indian GST handling as part of the same transactional record.
Stock position by site, movement history and valuation that agrees with the books.
Requisition through purchase order to receipt, with the approval trail attached.
Project structure with cost and consumption tied back to procurement and stock.
A system-wide record of what changed, by whom, under which tenant.
Trial
A trial is only useful if it runs on your data and your rules. We set up a tenant, load a representative slice of your operation, and configure the modules you actually intend to use — so what you evaluate is the system you would run, not a demo dataset.
Tell us your organisation, sites and the modules in scope.
We provision your tenant and set up your structure and rules.
Work your own process through it for the full trial period.
Continue with the configuration intact, or walk away with your data.
